What is recorded here

Carron Mountain still drops its stones across the Cork-Limerick boundary, rebuilding the vanished mound each time the wind thins the grass. People may have set those stones as a mark, fed them after storms, or simply passed them from one townland to another until ownership itself became a story. The mountain keeps doing what understanding refuses: making a difference, drawing a line, returning what was taken.

In rough pasture, on Carron Mountain, on the Cork-Limerick County Boundary along the townland boundaries between Ballyhaght and Streamhill East.
