What is recorded here

Boys’ Hill in East Torr still carries a mound and standing stone, though no exact spot remains named. The PREHISTORIC date is uncertain, and the official point sits only at the centre of a remembered site. Children may have run there, buried toys there, or watched storms roll off the hill. The stones can still be imagined leaning into the wind, waiting for someone young enough to believe they are alive.
