In pasture; on E bank of River Bride, commanding view N up river valley. Rectangular area (31m NW-SE; 27.7m NE-SW) by earthen bank (int. H 1.7m) with external fosse (D 1.3m). Low counterscarp bank (max. H 0.4m) to SE and NW. Break in bank (Wth c. 5m) at N corner with causeway. Interior slopes gently down to NW; crossed by faint remains of cultivation ridges.
