In farmyard of Kilcolman Park, mill race taken from tributary of Bandon River. Two storey farmbuilding has wheel pit (Wth. 1.3m; D 2.1m) along NW elevation. Cast iron axle and flaunch overshot waterwheel in position; small segment wheel at both ends of axle. Modern launder in poor condition.
