Paul Harris, founder of the Rotary, visited the Rotary club of Manchester at the Midland Hotel - 7th June 1934. Rotary Club of Manchester was formed in 1911, being the fourth club that year to be established in RIBI (Rotary International in Great Britain & Ireland).
