What is recorded here

Kilcurrish holds one of County Clare’s many megalthic tombs, listed in Ruaidhrí de Valera and Seán Ó Nualláin’s 1961 survey and still unclassified. That absence of a final label leaves the chamber open to imagination: perhaps it marked a boundary, stored a body, or gathered people beneath a sky now forgotten. The stones do not need a modern name to keep doing what they have always done, holding time still while the land turns around them.
