Glenmakeeran in County Antrim holds a megalithic tomb from the prehistoric era, when giant stones marked death and memory before written language. The chamber may have swallowed kings, farmers or forgotten children, while living people danced around its shadows. Stone does not decay, so the tomb still refuses to release what it took.
