Megalithic structure in Ballynagallagh

Possible megalithic structure consisting of two recumbent stones described in 1883 as following; 'Returning to the road in a north easterly direction, about forty [36m] or fifty [45m] yards from the altar [LI032-046----], I found two large stones marked G, in Plate I. and represented in Plate II. Stone No. 1 measured 8ft. [2.4m] long by 3ft. 6in. [1.06m] wide and 1ft 9 in. [0.53m] thick. Stone No. 2 measured 5ft. 6 in. [1.67m] long by 3ft. 6in. [1.06m] wide and 2ft [0.6m] thick' (Croker 1833, 108). See attached Plate II showing two recumbent stones marked G, taken from Gentleman's Magazine 1833.
