Underground Tubrid More, a man-made passage beneath a circular enclosure in County Kerry, Ireland, vanished when the land was levelled. Local tradition still claims the tunnel existed inside the fort, but no trace remains for anyone to find. The earth took back what human hands built, leaving only memory and a missing hole in the ground.

Marked as a circular enclosure on the 1841-42 OS map, only the N through W to S sectors appear on the later edition of 1898. KE021-118---- was completely levelled a few years ago and no surface trace survives. According to local tradition there was a Man-made underground passage (KE021-118001-) in this fort, but no trace of it survives. The above description is derived from C.
