Man-made underground passage in Sroove

In the N half of a cashel (SL046-018001-), immediately NW of a possible hut site (SL046-018002-). A partially sod-covered linear stony feature (Wth c. 1m) extends N-S from the internal face of the cashel wall at NNW for 7.6m into the interior. In situ lintels can be detected beneath a thin covering of sod. An opening (0.55m N-S; 0.85m E-W), 3m S of the cashel wall, reveals a stone-built passage (Wth c. 1m; H 0.9m), partially infilled with rubble and possibly extending underneath the cashel wall. A possible creepway is visible in the E side of the passage.
