Man-made underground passage in Seehanes

Quarrying cut through the western edge of a levelled ringfort in Seehanes and dragged a hidden stone chamber into daylight. Men with picks broke through earth that had swallowed the passage for centuries, revealing lintelled rocks spanning a narrow east-facing tunnel. They watched the chamber breathe after years of darkness, then filled it again because the land needed shape more than memory. The stones still lie buried beneath the field, waiting for another accident of hunger to remind them they were once a room.
