Man-made underground passage in Corbally South

On a gentle S-facing slope. This Man-made underground passage was discovered in 1968 as a result of harrowing operations (Topgr. Files, NMI). It consisted of a drystone-built passage (L c. 6.5m) running N-S. Access was gained through a modern breach at S end, from which point the passage widened towards its rounded N end. A small recess was noted at N end of E side-wall. The Man-made underground passage was subsequently sealed and is now inaccessible.
