What is recorded here
One of two similar Man-made underground passages excavated in advance of development (Licence no. 06D0477). The entrances of the two Man-made underground passages opened towards each other. The eastern Man-made underground passage had a circular chamber with a sub-circular pit cut into the floor, and a passage that ran north from the chamber then turned west. Man-made underground passage ware was recovered from the fill (Corcoran 2009, 45).
