What is recorded here
On an E-facing slope within a large multiperiod field system (CL009-059001-). A Man-made underground passage is indicated on Robinson’s map (1977) and was further noted by Robinson on a working map (pers. comm., SMR file). On inspection in 1997 there were no visible remains at ground level. However, local sources recalled being in the Man-made underground passage, described as a small area which only a child could occupy. The location they indicated was that noted by Robinson.
