Half a metre of collapsed roof, no more, but enough to swallow a person standing upright. The passage curves from shallow southwest to a dead end at the townland wall, as if dug by someone who knew exactly where the boundary ran and refused to cross it. The second depression sits untouched against the inner bank, waiting for hands brave or foolish enough to test whether hollow or solid.

In a rath (MA103-019001). According to local information, there is a Man-made underground passage in the rath. A depression (Wth 1.5-3m; max. D 0.7m) in a raised area in the NW quadrant of the rath may be a collapsed Man-made underground passage passage. It curves from the SW, where it is shallower and narrower, to the NE where it terminates against the townland wall which crosses the rath interior. Another shallow, roughly circular depression (5m E−W; 2.6m N−S) abuts the inner edge of the rath bank in the NE quadrant of the interior.
