What is recorded here

Exposed stone slabs outside the outer bank at the NE side of the ringfort hint that a passage may run beneath the earth. Whether people dug it to hide, move or keep warm remains unknown. The stones still lie where they were set, waiting for someone to lift them and see what darkness they covered.
