Mosaic fragments recovered near Lullingstone preserve faces, clothes and gestures from a lost room, though the castle and park belong to later centuries. They make the older land visible through broken colour rather than a complete building.

The National Heritage List for England records Lullingstone Castle as a registered park or garden at Grade II. The saved point comes from the centre supplied by the official record. Listing does not by itself mean that the public may enter the place.
