Sir Llewelyn Turner was a prominent Welsh lawyer and yachtsman who founded the Royal Welsh Yacht Club in 1847. He played a crucial role in developing Caernarfon's harbor and Victoria Dock, and also served as Mayor of Caernarfon and Deputy Constable of Caernarfon Castle.
