Lisseachra is a well-preserved fairy fort near the summit of a Galway hill, its thirty-five-metre bank and outside ditch still clear after centuries. The small quarry at the southeast edge suggests people took stone from the ring itself, perhaps to build elsewhere or change the shape of the place. Another ringfort waits five hundred metres east, as if the hill held more than one claim, more than one household, more than one reason to mark the grass.

Near the summit of a hill in undulating grassland. Well-preserved subcircular rath (E-W 35m, N-S 32m) defined by a bank and external fosse. Possible entrance at ENE. A small quarry lies just outside the fosse at SSE. A ringfort (GA017-033----) lies c. 500m to E.
