Lisnagat is a fairy fort in County Clare, Ireland, where the earth still holds the shape of a ring. People may have lived inside its banks before forgetting the name of the first hand that dug them. The fort has kept that much longer than memory, waiting for someone to walk its edge and ask what it remembers.
