Lisherriddy Fort — Report the wrong picture

What is recorded here

On a W-facing slope in grassland. Very poorly preserved oval rath (E-W 58m, N-S c. 45m) defined by a degraded inner scarp, with traces of an intervening fosse and outer bank from NE through E to SE. No visible surface trace survives elsewhere. The above description is derived from the published 'Archaeological Inventory of County Galway Vol. II - North Galway'.
