Jerpoint West holds a Linkardstown burial, marking one of the oldest cultural layers in County Kilkenny. The place belongs to a time when human identity was expressed through death, memory and the shaping of land. Its exact story has not yet emerged, but the region carries several thousand years of life beneath its fields.
