Lews Castle, located on the Isle of Lewis in Na h-Eileanan Siar, was built in the late 19th century by the 2nd Duke of Argyll, primarily as a summer residence. It is remembered for its distinctive Gothic Revival architecture and as a symbol of the influence of the Campbell family in the Western Isles during the Victorian era.
