This white commemorative plaque records: This plaque marks the location of the first offices of DMA Design, where the computer game Lemmings was conceived. Unveiled on 14th February 2011 to coincide with the 20th anniversary of the launch of the game on 14th February 1991.
Lemmings is a seminal computer puzzle game developed by DMA Design, known for its innovative gameplay and cute yet frustratingly simplistic characters, which made it a global phenomenon in 1991.
A plaque record does not grant entry to a building or private land. View it from a public place unless permission is clearly given.
