Leacht is a low, sod-covered stone platform just north of the chancel on Church Island, holding a cross-inscribed slab and two rough pillar stones. It is the kind of place where prayer, memory and old fire may have shared one surface before people stopped naming the parts. The stones still stand beside the church doorway, waiting for someone to remember what they were for.

This leacht-like structure is located just N of the chancel. It is a low, sod-covered stone platform, standing .2m high and measuring 3.8m E-W x 3.15m N-S. A tall cross-inscribed slab (KE098-039002-) stands at its SW corner, while towards its centre is a low pillar stone (KE098-039004-). The latter is a rough block of sandstone, .97m high, which measures .28m x .18m at base. A third pillar stone (KE098-039012-) stands beside the S jamb of the doorway of the church.
