Lawrence Crew Tatham and Maria Mallory Tatham plaque

This commemorative plaque records: In memory of Lawrence Crew Tatham. For many years Deacon of this Chapel who died on the 14th Nov 1820 aged 39 years. Also Maria Mallory Tatham wife of the above who died on the 16th Feb 1848 aged 63 years. Both are buried in one grave near this spot and since the rebuilding in 1866 within the chapel. Lawrence Crew Tatham served as the dedicated Deacon of the chapel for many years until his death in 1820; Maria Mallory Tatham, his wife, passed away in 1848; both are commemorated and buried within the chapel grounds.
