Lady's Rake is a sea cliff composed of Carboniferous limestone, formed approximately 300 to 360 million years ago through the accumulation of marine sediments. It is notable for its exposure of sedimentary rock layers that provide insight into ancient tropical sea conditions and fossilized marine life.
