What is recorded here

Lime kiln, constructed c.1820, with coursed random stone walls and cut stone segmental-arched opening and quoins. Built into bedrock, adjacent to roadside.
This lime kiln is a physical reminder of industrial activity in the Killarga area. The survival of the original form and fabric of the kiln make it a valuable example in the county.

This does not grant access. Most recorded buildings are privately owned; view them only from public ground unless the owner allows entry.
