What is recorded here
Killeen Old Burial Ground is a children's burial site in Ardcanaght, County Kerry, where a raised strip of pasture still marks the place where small bodies rested beside Cluain Hill. Two ogham stones taken from that ground now stand near the Ardcanaght Stone, carrying symbols from a child's grave into a wider ceremonial landscape. The field may have felt less like loss and more like tribute, a place where young lives were returned to soil under open sky and remembered through stone.
