Freestanding rectangular-plan seven-bay single-storey over basement former Napoleonic defence tower, dated 1814. Possibly in use as hall, c. 1940-50. Now disused. Dressed limestone walls with base batter, cut-stone parapet and quoins. Square-headed openings with cut-stone lintels. Segmental blind arch with voussoirs and dated keystone over door opening, to accommodate drawbridge. Rubble stone lined moat.
