What is recorded here

Kents Cavern is a limestone cave system formed through millennia of water erosion, typical of the Jurassic limestone geology in the Torbay area. Archaeological excavations within the cave have revealed evidence of human occupation dating back to the Palaeolithic period, including tools and animal remains.
