This blue commemorative plaque records: John and Annie Sage lived in Gladstone Street and ran a bakery until deciding to emigrate to the United States. They and their nine children were lost in the Titanic sinking on 14 April 1912, the largest loss of life from one family in the disaster. Recorded plaque organisation: Peterborough Civic Society.
