John Cecil Paget blue plaque

This blue commemorative plaque records: John Cecil Paget Inventor of the yellow oiled skin cycling cape lived here 1928-1941 J. C. Paget, a keen cyclist, designed and manufactured a range of wet weather clothing from special Pagetsilk and Pagetskin material.
