Inscribed slab in Toureen is an inscribed slab in Toureen, County Tipperary, Ireland. Okasha and Forsyth recorded the small fragment inside the east wall of St Peakaun's church. Its visible face carries part of an outline cross, the corner of a top or right cross-arm, and a single letter above that corner.

This stone is currently incorporated into the interior E wall of St Peakaun's church (TS075-023001-). It is described by Okasha and Forsyth (2001, 247-8) as a small slab (H c. 0.09m; Wth c. 0.13m; T c. 0.02m visible) and is 'a fragment of a slab of unknown form. The visible face contains a fragment of an outline cross, the corner of a top or right cross-arm, and a single letter above it'. It is listed as Toureen Peacaun 12 (ibid.).
