Indicated is a fairy fort in County Cavan, Ireland. It has a raised circular area, a low earthen bank, and no clear entrance. People may have lived there, feared it, or avoided it because it belonged to someone else.
Marked 'Fort' on 1836 and 1876 eds. Raised circular area (int. diam. 29.7m) enclosed by a low, narrow earthen bank and suggestions of a fosse. Original entrance not recognisable.
