No. 24 South Frederick Street is an early 18th-century house (NIAH No. 50100094; RPS No. 2989) listed as a Dutch Billy type house identified and listed by Dublin Civic Trust in the Survey of Gable-Fronted Houses & Other Gable Fronted Buildings (2012). Described by the NIAH as a; ' two-bay four-storey former house over basement, built c. 1740, with gabled rear elevation and full-height gabled closet return. Modified c. 1830.
