No. 30 South Frederick Street is an early 18th-century house (NIAH No. 50100100; RPS No. 2995) listed as a Dutch Billy type house identified and listed by Dublin Civic Trust in the Survey of Gable-Fronted Houses & Other Gable Fronted Buildings (2012). Described by the NIAH as a; 'Corner-sited four-storey former house over basement, built c. 1740, having three-bay ground floor, two-bay upper floors, and three-bay rear elevation with lower canted-plan return to rear and later additions.
