Not included in the SMR (1989) but listed in the RMP (1995) and classified 'House Site'. In boggy pasture, on a break of an E-facing slope. The remains of a rectangular stone-built house (long axis N-S), most likely 18th/19th century vernacular. The sod-covered drystone walls (T 1.1m; int. H 1.1m; ext. H 0.2m) use large angular limestone blocks. It is divided into two rooms: the northern room (7.9m N-S; 3.4m E-W) has a door ope (Wth 0.8m) in the E wall, at the S end; th esouthern room (6m N-S; 3.3m E-W) has a door ope (Wth 0.75m) in the E wall at the N end. A curving wall surrounds the house on the E side. The house is indicated on the 1838 edition of the OS 6-inch map as a roofed structure. A stone quarry lies immediately to NW.
