In pasture, on E side of ridge. Circular area (35m N-S; 39m E-W), largely overgrown, enclosed by two earthen banks, with intervening fosse (D 1.7m). Inner bank (H 1.2m) contains some added clearance. Outer bank (H 1.7m) has entrance (Wth 4.1m) on ENE, with causeway. Stone field fence encloses the site.
