
What is recorded here
On a terrace towards the bottom of the E-facing slope of Kilronan Mountain, and overlooking the N-S Arigna stream which is c. 150m to the E. Circular grass-covered area (diam. 28m) defined by a slight bank (Wth 4.5m; int. H 0.4m; ext. H 1.6m) at S and a scarp (H 0.7m generlly to 1.2m at E) elsewhere. There is a fosse (Wth of top 4.5m; D 0.2m) NW-NE, which is represented by a band of rushes (Wth 3m) S-W and which is truncated by a NNE-SSW field bank W-NW. There is no visible entrance, and field spoil has been added to the perimeter at S.
