What is recorded here
Indicated is a fairy fort in County Mayo, an earthen ring where human history has thinned to myth. Its name sounds like a pointer rather than a destination, as if the land itself is marking something invisible. People may have lived inside its ridge before forgetting the shape of their own homes. The fort still stands, waiting to be seen clearly.
