What is recorded here

In pasture, on the N-facing slope of a ridge. This rath is not visible at ground level. It was indicated as an embanked circular area (diam. c. 28m) on the 1838 OS 6-inch map. A small overgrown earthen mound (2m x 1.5m; H 0.6m) in the N corner of the field may be associated with it.
