What is recorded here

Indicated is a multiperiod field system on a west-facing terrace in County Clare, stretching two hundred metres through rough grazing and rock outcrop. It lies within a larger Caher River valley network and may contain prehistoric and medieval boundaries. The stones have likely marked ownership, movement or ritual for centuries, while people came and went without leaving names behind.
