What is recorded here

Indicated is a fairy fort in County Mayo, Ireland. Its earthen walls still stand where human walls would have rotted or broken. The site belongs to the old world that never stopped moving. People may have lived there before leaving it to the fairies, but the fairies have kept it intact ever since.
