Indicated is a stone ringfort hidden beneath blackthorn and conifers on the Tullyskeherny plateau, where a narrow valley cuts through County Leitrim. Its overgrown walls and attached annexe still mark a small human settlement, though time has pulled much of it back into the forest. The place escapes most memory, yet it preserves the shape of hands that built against the wilderness.

Marked only on the 1943 ed. of the OS 6-inch map as the south-western of two attached enclosures that are described as in gothic lettering as 'Cashel'. It is situated on rock outcrop in a deep NE-SW valley at the S edge of the Tullyskeherny plateau, and it is unplanted but overgrown with blackthorn in a coniferous forest. This is an overgrown subcircular area (dims c. 25m NE-SW; 20m NW-SE) defined by a stone wall (Wth 1m; H up to 1m) with a subcircular annexe (int. dim. c. 12m) defined by a stone wall attached to the NE.
