Internal diam. 26m N-S, 22.6m E-W This rath is located on a plateau on the N side of the Coomduff ridge, overlooking the Inny river valley to N. Traces of an external fosse, 3.4m wide and .5m deep, are preserved around the perimeter of the site. The lower portion of the enclosing bank is of earth and measures .6m high on average. It is overlain by a stone wall, which appears to be a secondary feature. A .6m wide entrance occurs at E, and a modern pathway has disturbed the bank at N. Abutting the base of the bank internally are intermittent traces of a slight fosse which measures .9m wide and .3m deep. This feature may be of recent origin. The above description is derived from A.
