On a W-facing slope in extensively cleared pastureland. Indicated on the 1842 and 1915 eds. of the OS 6-inch maps. A now extensively cleared area (c. 600m E–W; 500m N–S) of small fields with some smaller rectilinear enclosures and buildings in the SW sector. The site of a fulacht fia (CL006-038002-) lies near its northern extent.
