Indicated

Fairy fort / stone ringfort

What is recorded here

Indicated is a circular cashel in County Galway, Ireland. It sits on a gentle rise in undulating farmland. The collapsed drystone wall still marks the edge of the old place. A later wall overlaps the western part, suggesting the site continued to be used after its first shape had begun to fail.
