What is recorded here

Situated on level ground with gentle downhill slopes to W. Oval enclosure (dims. 27m N-S x 22m E-W) defined by an earth and stone bank (Wth 1.7-2m; H 1-1.4m) with near vertical drystone facing similar to the adjoining field walls, and an entrance (Wth 2m) at the SW. No indication of a fosse or internal features. The above description is derived from the published 'Archaeological Inventory of County Wicklow' (Dublin: Stationery Office, 1997).
