What is recorded here

Indicated is a fairy fort in County Mayo, Ireland. The earth may have swallowed the names of everyone who built or abandoned the ring, leaving only shape behind. People may have lived inside the circle before fear or wonder moved them elsewhere. The fort still points at itself, waiting for someone honest enough to watch it without touching.
